I click on the "buy gift" button and nothing happens?
  • First, make sure that your pop up blockers are disabled and that your Internet security is not set higher than medium.
  • Second, open up Internet Explorer > Go to Tools > Internet Options > Security > Custom Level. Your level should be medium or lower.
  • Third, make sure that your Privacy is no higher than medium. Go to Tools > Internet Options > Privacy. Your level should be medium or lower.
If that doesn't work, please feel free to call our wedding registry office at 858.433.1506 (7am - 5pm, M-F PST) and a honeymoon registry specialist will assist you with your order over the phone.
I didn't get to fill out/print out my gift card?
Immediately after you purchase, you will have a receipt in your email box. On the top of that receipt is a link to complete/print out your gift card.
My card is not printing correctly only the words show but no pictures?
There is a miscommunication between the program and your printer. We have provided two cards for you to print in a word document format. Just download and print the cards from here and you can fill them in yourself. The version you filled out and sent online will still be delivered to the wedding couple's online account.
My credit card is not working?
Please check the error message after the transaction is completed.
  • Make sure you are using a credit card that we accept.
  • Make sure that you are using the billing address associated with that card.
  • Make sure that you are using the correct VAL numbers. They are the last three numbers located on the signature line the back of your card.

Couples

My username and password won't work?
Make sure you are typing the EXACT Username when you set up your registry. It is case and space sensitive. If you cannot remember your username/password, click on "Forgot my password" located on the upper right hand corner of the home page and follow the prompts.

I registered and it won't let me "select" any items to add to my list?

I can't find where to add items to the registry list?
Just log in and go to "Build Registry;" then click on "Add To Registry" to add an item.
I can't see how to delete items from the registry list?
Just log in and go to "Customize Registry;" then click on "Delete" to delete items.
I can't see where to edit my personal account information, change the location, add my paypal information, etc?
We have to change that information in several places, so please send any account information changes to us at leah@honeymoonwishes.com. Make sure to include your full name.
I can't upload my photos to the wedding website?
Your file size might be too big. Try reducing the size to be 50k or less. You can try using programs like "Snag It" or "Photoshop". If you still can't upload, please email us at leah@honeymoonwishes.com.
I don't know who bought me what gifts?
Just log in and go to "View Wedding Gifts". There you will see all gift details and you can read your gift announcements.
How do I add multiple destinations?
To have multiple destinations, pick your first destination and choose items. Then, send the next destination to kstark@eregistrygifts.com. We will switch it out and then you can add items from that destination. You can have a list as long as you want with as many destinations included. However, the top of your registry will reflect one location. Always make sure to give us your full name when making changes.
I am from another country and cannot enter my address information?
Please enter what you can; then, email us any other details at leah@honeymoonwishes.com and we will change your files as needed.
Why isn't the money showing up in my bank account?
The gift funds do not automatically go over. They are available by request anytime by emailing leah@honeymoonwishes.com If we do not hear from you, we send them 3 days before the wedding. (Some people like to save it up so they don't spend it!)
I can't find the exact address for my Wedding Website?
Open up your wedding website. Then position your mouse/pointer on some of the white space on the page and right click. Then Click on "properties" you will see your exact address under "address".

I can't see my name/logo on my private label site?

I don't know my username and password?
That is because you don't need one! The username and passwords are for the Wedding Couples only.
