A solid relationship is based on a great friendship! This story takes us back to 4 years ago when Keisha decided to visit her family in the Caribbean. She always loved coming 'home' to her family and spending time with them.

It was at that time; they both met coincidentally at a Saturday meeting in the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses on the Eastern Main Road; Arouca. They greeted each other with a friendly hello; and officially introduced themselves. 

Like most love stories; they had a very friendly first conversation; got to hang out the next day and was even able to arrange to go out to the beach as a group of friends. However; what made this story unique is that after a wonderful and instant connection they both went their separate ways. Keisha; back to the United States and Stefon back to his life and activities in Trinidad. 

As they years passed by they would check in briefly ever so often as friends; just to ensure that all was well. This continued without progression for some time and thendown came the Covid pandemic. Keisha got sick and Stefon decided to check in. This friendship was like a flame that just reignited effortlessly. 

As the years continued; however, there was an unspoken connection that this friendship brought. It was very easy to feel comfortable with each other. 

As life would have it; while they continued their lives Keish decided to visit her family in the Caribbean again. It was at this point that both Keisha and Stefon knew that what they had was more than a mutual friendship. 

With that instant connection happening all over again; it was inevitable that real interest started to flourish. It was only a matter of time that it was expressed and now began a wonderful relationship.

Within the many months of their long distance courtship they were able to meet up multiple times in various parts of the world. Being able to travel the world together has done nothing but allow them to grow in appreciation and love for each other. Having the opportunity to connect with each other's family and friends on a different level has made this time feel nothing short of beautiful.
